Link me to something that verifies there is a subpoena.
I know you don't accept news reports, so I'm just going to put this out there.

The Trump organization and lawyers have not denied it. We don't even know which Grand Jury issued it.

You know full well nothing can be revealed, except under extraordinary circumstances.

everything generated up to the day he left is declassified if he says so.

Apparently he didn't say he wanted the secret and top secret documents that the FBI seized from his private residence this week declassified before he left office 19 months ago. It doesn't happen automatically.

if he has anything classified in his possession post trump presidency then he has a problem.

Now you're getting it!

In other words you're just making it up.
You people need to stop lying.

Maher is right about the American obesity crisis.

He was also right when he called Trump's victory in the weeks before the 2016 election.
Ann Coulter called it long before he did and was ridiculed for saying it. That's the thing with the woke crowd, if you don't say exactly what they want to hear then you're not only ridiculed but they attempt to ruin you. Y'all like to call Trump supporters a cult but we have the right to speak our minds and have different views. You like to label us racists but a lot of people in minority communities are seeing through that. People don't want theories and virtue signaling when it comes to government. They want common sense policies designed to make their lives better. And then they want government to leave them alone. Going into November how do you think a lot of people looking at the government hiring 87,000 new IRS agents feel about that? Think there will be less intrusion into our lives? That's over $120 billion being spent on the IRS and Ukraine. With $80 billion being spent annually on the IRS. Think the money could be put to better use?

it happens on his verbal say so. he is the ultimate authority.

no one else has to approve it. no other permission required. no beaurocratic process required.

if for instance biden needed certain documents and had to wait for a beaucratic process of declassification then it could delay his job at a critical time and severly affect his ability to do his job.

thus the presidents decision to declassify only requires his say so and it is immediate to ensure the presidency operates smoothly unhindered.

The order to declassify the docs at Mar A Lago, where is the order for that?

File a FOIA for the Crossfire stuff, if you want it.
Judicial Watch has been filing requests but they won't release the documents.

You're deflecting.
The FBI hasn't released the documents Trump ordered to be declassified. Why should I believe they're not crooked and covering something up?
Link to the order, please?
That is an order to declassify documents.
The FBI is refusing to declassify them.

So why should anyone trust what they say about issues regarding declassification of documents?

You think Trump officially declared the Secret and Top Secret documents seized by the FBI from Mar-a-Lago this week declassified while he was still in office?

if for instance biden needed certain documents and had to wait for a beaucratic process of declassification then it could delay his job at a critical time and severly affect his ability to do his job.

thus the presidents decision to declassify only requires his say so and it is immediate to ensure the presidency operates smoothly unhindered.

Are you saying that any Secret or Top secret documents a President uses to do his job while in office are declassified?

Show me where it says that in the manual.

Anything declassified will be marked as so.

Yes, but it will be recorded as such.

When President Barack Obama eliminated Osama bin Laden, things were declassified very quickly. They were also marked correctly.

The POTUS can't just verbally say "I declassify all the papers I stole" and it happens. He can't wrinkle his nose and make it so.

He's not the Pope, or a dictator, or a god-king.

No. I just wanted confirmation that the president can do whatever they what when it comes to security and documents, regardless of their last name.
This is super simple. If Trump really had classified documents, not planted by the FBI, then trot out FBI director Christopher Wray to say he didn't think it was Trump's intent to do anything wrong. Worked for Clinton/Comey, and she was conducting official government business on private, unprotected servers, phones, laptops, and blackberries. That top secret documents were found on. As a matter of fact she was so remorseful that she had the server wiped clean so no email could be retrieved, then had her team take hammers to it and all the other devices involved. Because she cared at that point about security. Hers.

“As people talk about Espionage Act and classified documents and all of that, the standard was set in 2016. Remember the Department of Justice and the FBI took the official position that Hillary Clinton, who was in possession of classified documents ... that in possession of that — that wasn't enough and that being grossly negligent ... that's not enough under the Espionage Act,” Ratcliffe said.

Unless of course you're some peon who made an error in judgement. Then they throw you in prison to set an example.

The FBI doesn't decide, the DOJ does.

It's up to the DOJ. File suit, or wait for your god-emperor to return.

Throw Hillary in jail. Execute her for treason for all I care.
