The Justice Department pursued the case and found she was careless but not criminally responsible. They might find the same with Trump's case, we don't know yet. But she faced repercussions and so is he.

she faced no repercussions. she was let off by her coconspirator james comey who was working with her to fabricate the fake russian collusion investigation. that investigation you may remember was one of the first globs of crap you slung against the wall.
Comey specifically said she violated the law but he didn't believe it was her intent to do so. She was ordered by subpoena to turn over all her emails but deleted 33,000 of them and destroyed the server and all devices connected to it. Of the emails turned over there were top secret documents found in them including some of the highest secret classification that only a few in government have access to. So she was in felony violation of a number of security laws including the Espionage Act. Her unprotected server could have been easily hacked and probably was. Yet she was given a free pass. It is absolutely hypocritical to rage against Trump but turn a blind eye to what Hillary Clinton did. And by the way while she was doing this she issued a memorandum to the State Dept reminding all employees to take security seriously and follow the rules. And by the way we'll never know what was in those 33,000 emails she didn't want to be seen but it was during this period her and Bill's net worth increased by tens of millions of Dollars. And hundreds of millions were contributed to their foundation that they used as their personal piggy bank.

I’m aware of what they found. What she did was get too careless with the material using the wrong phone for the job with the wrong servers being used on that device. I think she should’ve been fined but she lost the election over it most likely so that’s pretty strong retribution.Only because Comey said there wasn't clear evidence of her intent to violate the law. Do we really believe she didn't intend to violate the law? She's no dummy.

"From the group of 30,000 e-mails returned to the State Department, 110 e-mails in 52 e-mail chains have been determined by the owning agency to contain classified information at the time they were sent or received. Eight of those chains contained information that was Top Secret at the time they were sent; 36 chains contained Secret information at the time; and eight contained Confidential information, which is the lowest level of classification. Separate from those, about 2,000 additional e-mails were “up-classified” to make them Confidential; the information in those had not been classified at the time the e-mails were sent."
