FBI also seized a lot of documents they had no right to see. Are we supposed believe they will forget what they saw? FBI also rejected an independent third party review what was privileged.
They come across as extremely arrogant and they decide what is and isn't the law.

Of course he could have. But there might be fingerprints on these documents of other people that should not have access to this information. That's a huge no-no, obviously.
It'll come down to a lot of variables, but yes, the jury might have to decide between the word of law enforcement or a lying, angry ex-game show host turned ex-president who stole government documents. lol
