So it is alleged that Trump keep paper copies of documents that were under the security of the Secret Service that were not available digitally is a national disgrace.
But when HRC had classified material ( that she was not authorized to have ) on her computers that was digital and under no protection, that was not a crime.

So if someone kills their wife they can't legally be charged because someone else may have done the same thing and not been charged?

No, Comey straight up said she broke the law, then said it was ok because she didn't mean it, and no prosecutor would pursue charges.

One person had the authority to declassify said materials and kept paper copies in a secure location.
While the other did not.
Two separate cases just like your murder example.
In each case different facts exist, so different outcomes are possible.

No one killed a wife here. (As much as Bill might wish she were.)

Weren't you the same clowns yelling precedent before and after the Dobbs opinion?

The difference we have here is the Supreme Court issued an opinion supporting their decision to overthrow precedent.

Comey offered his opinion and obviously Attorney General Lynch agreed and complied with his statement.

A difference in this situation is the President is the final authority of what is or is not classified material and you clowns seek to prosecute a crime that isn't.

Comey said in Clinton's case,
“Although there is evidence of potential violations regarding the handling of classified information, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case,”
to a crime that was.

Can you conclude this is the prelude to an unreasonable prosecution?

Sorry, but I don’t care anymore.

I think its clear the trump lawyers know the DOJ is not being truthful and transparent. Not sure how you came to your conclusion but believe what you need to spin now that your previous litmus test for nuclear information has been debunked.
The only thing thats been debunked is your opinion that Trump had a right to have these documents in his possession. the DOJ and FBI have clearny shown us that. I understand this is a difficult day for the Cult. Perhaps to make your self feel better you can make a donation to Trump's Super PAC so he can fight against this and Fight for you

your example is a bizarre reference since the person we're discussing had the right and authority to declassify the documents and have them in his possession and the prior person did not . the prior person also engaged in a cover up after receiving a subpoena for those documents.

so applying your example the first person had the authority to kill the wifey and routinely did so over a 4 year period and the other person did not have that right did not have permission from a higher ranking person to kill their wifey and engaged in a cover up of the murder afterwards. the prior person after committing the murder and cover up of that murder then had the police give her and all her friends immunity and cover to protect her.
