FedEx Ceo sells 100,000 shares for 5.3 mill.???

Wondered if anyone else heard any info as to why the CEO of FedEx is selling so many shares. I would imagine it is for tax reasons...but man, sure makes you wonder!!!!

I saw the same thing and can only assume it is for tax reasons. The number of shares he sold is small when compared to what he holds.

I would expect it would be to diversify his portfolio. That is what smart investors do in today's market.

FedEx stock has been stable in the market, but it never hurts to diversify.
