What about contractors that come back from fighting in Iraq only to be shown the door is this fair? Do a little research and see that what Fred is doing is not right. If the route sold for $100,000 how much did the "ic" pay for it originally?
do you suggest that is an ic bought a route 10 years ago for $50,000 that it is somehow evil, immoral, or illegal to sell it at a profit? if so, then why invest in any business at any level if not to make a profit? it may suit certain interests that all contractors fail and lose money, but that certainly is not in my interest. as for contractors coming back from iraq, i think you are mistaken in asking "is it fair". it is very possible that it is fair, disgusting, lawful, and unpatriotic all at the same time.
