I'm not sure what decade you're living in, but these days unlimited cell minutes are nice and cheap.

Good if they are so cheap, FedEx can issue me a phone, and call me all day long, and all night too(I'll leave the phone at the STA, as it is for work only)

BTW I just tell customers, that FedEx does not provide cell phones to couriers, and because it is against company policy and some DOT rules, I wouldn't be able to answer anyway.
