It's people like you that gives the rest of us workers a bad name.
Yelling at security like a 5 year old because she was doing her job ??
Get fired for being a Teamster, not for being a :censored2:bag !! Grow Up !!
You don't know the specifics of it. Stand by your brother.

Sorry, hope he gets fired and starts eating humble pie.
You use the union to save you against contract violations.
It's not a "get out of jail free" card for workplace violence.
Security is there for a reason and has rules to follow.
Because they make a 1/3 of our pay, doesn't mean you give them 1/3 respect.

P.S. - He gave enough specifics for the community to garner an opinion on him.

With all do respect, have you ever considered using your medical to talk to a professional? Sometimes this helps. Everyone needs a reset or reboot. If you come back this time consider what I'm saying. There is nothing wrong with getting help and saying I need help.

It will probably not be an option, to do it willfully.

I was leaving Phl and the guard wanted to know where my sticker was for my phone. I went off on her and she reported me. Came in the next day and was walked out

SOP, for issues of "workplace violence"....

Is completion of an anger management program.

Stuff happens. Deal with the results.

It's your job, and only you can make that decision.

But, don't be so delusional to think, you will get a better deal from a panel.

Or.... this rises to the level of "protected activity".

You initiated an unprovoked confrontation.

(over a petty issue)

While I understand and appreciate your view....

The purpose of discipline should be, too correct behavior.

Sometimes, it's not possible with the TDU idiots.

Did you get a sticker for your phone?

He had to get two.

One for his phone, and one for his bullhorn.

Until the next time. Good luck and keep looking for that better job.

Some people look at being discharged multiple times (and getting their job back)

as a "badge of honor". Until the last time.

Even though the company can only present evidence, for the previous 9 months....

Both sides, are aware of the overall record. That can hurt you in the end.

Food for thought.
