I think I was just lucky enough to get good drivers, honestly. Like I said in another thread, being a helper can be one of the best or worst jobs at UPS...depending on the driver (and maybe the route) that you get.

Not just helpers my driver is little shady at times we both go out to make separate deliveries and the trucked rolled down the driveway hit one of those big flower pot it setting next to mailbox and told me not to say anything.

AND he told me how he took out cable wires going to house one years backing into driveway.

I tell my helpers they're not allowed to fart the entire day, and if they do they have to wait outside the truck for 5 minutes

I farted in the back of truck and quickly shut the door when he is out delivering package.

One of the first things I do is get the helper up to speed on the basics of the DIAD.

It's hard enough to teach these people to show up each day.
