Yes. This job requires no education and little to no skill. That's how I came to that conclusion.

I wouldn't need to cross the picket line. I could survive many moons ---even without the strike fund.


No education and little to no skill. Think about that. And yet we make good money. Why do you think that is?

Compare FedEx's benefits with ours, and you will see what the union has done for us. Same industry, and a direct competitor. Can't get more of a direct correlation than that.

It's hard to compare a unionized company to a non-unionized company...considering they can't unionize due to the RLA.


That being said, I would imagine they have better production than ours.

Why is it hard to compare the two? I think it most definitely shows what the union has done for us.
