Forward to 2014

    Its time to get some insight as to what to expect for changes in 2014 ....Im thinking reduction of districts and regions, changes to mip and base retirement age, and some sort of small scale buy-out aimed at the over 60 year old folks. All of these are needed to cut and control costs going forward.

    You are on to something. I could see where there will be no Region, just districts reporting to Corporate. MIP will be the same, will never make 5 of 5.

    reduction in mip, more corporate interference down locally with irrelevant tasks and meaningless reports, qpr goals and metrics set impossible to score average on. center manager's TRYING to keep a straight face while telling you 1.8% was a great raise for all your hard work and dedication to the company, ect. ect. ect
