Fred's letter.

3 done 3 to go

In control of own destiny
We start at 9 on Monday's and 9:45 the rest of the week.

We start 8:30 on Mondays. 9 rest of the week. Only because we can't get our air. No Saturdays here yet. Rumor is March next yr. We have way too much work. With not enough drivers. Our pre load is getting thinner each week. Full timers coming in to load then go deliver. X mas is going to be interesting with hours.

Got the T-Shirt
We start early on Monday because all of our loads are on property on Saturday.

The Central Region language specifically allows for earlier start times on Monday

and after holidays, just for this reason.

Don't know about your area....

But, for some reason the preload can wrap up (most times) the earlier they start.

When they don't.... they are rolling pkgs in July.

Hmm.

Very rural areas. Out of the 22 full time. Only 5 in town routes
