The other one set up a couple of meetings to make it look like he is not on vacation. If you take your wife and daughters, then you are on vacation. He would have gone on a Safari also if it didn't receive such a back-lash from everyone including his loyalists.

a great deal has been made of the $100 million trip to Africa,but i'll betcha when the costs of Limos,Secret Service Agents,Medical Staff,use of Aircraft,fuel for said aircraft and a hundred other incidental expenses are factored in the cost of moving the Bush presidency back and forth from DC to Texas is astronomical.
