If you are looking for an interesting book, somewhat off the wall , may I suggest " Surely You're Joking , Mr. Feynman " by nobel prizewinning scientist Richard p. Feynman.

published in 1985 , I found this hidden gem about 15 years ago and read it about every 2-3 years. very entertaining.

Dr. Feynman is not only famous for winning the Nobel Prize for physics, he investigated the Space shuttle disaster , and I believe he found out what caused the explosion which killed 7 astronauts.

subtitle " Adventures of a Curious Character " and that he is.

I go through different phases with my reading. Read a bunch of memoirs of Civil War soldiers. Then Tom Clancy thrillers. All of the Hitchhiker series. Somewhat eclectic mix. The last book I read was a history of breweries in Cleveland.
Do you remember the secret of how to fly from Hitchhiker's?
