As it should be.Blatant falsification is a quick disqualification.
Drivers forging signatures are a detriment to the brand. This is your chance to help clean it up.

Just make sure it goes through as a complaint, and it will get taken seriously at the station level.Yeah, call the 800 number and ask for the who gives a damn specialist.
I suppose you have some data to back that up? Or is that one of those "MT3 takes a jet to work" kind of statements, sounds juicy but no proof to back it up?Ground drivers have had a blatant habit of forging signatures since day one for the most part have gotten away with it.
I've taken enough nasty phone calls in my career so far that I don't feed any need to make excuses for when we fail a customer. When that call comes in (and it has), my job is to document all the information available regarding the issue for the manager who will have a business discussion with the ISP/IC. If it is determined that the driver forged a signature, disqualification is likely imminent. You come on here acting like the signature police when I bet that in the real world if you answer a phone call about that at your station you'd be making all sorts of excuses.
FedEx Ground??It is unfortunate but it is easily avoidable: act with integrity.
That's a laugh. What proof do you have?Just make sure it goes through as a complaint, and it will get taken seriously at the station level.

I've seen it happened... but with ASR parcel ~ a box of wine was DR'ed to the side entry/door by the garageThat's a laugh. What proof do you have?

c'mon 7. That's hardly unbiased data.
And without much penalty involved as well.Sam,
I'm just proving that ground has and will forge signatures.
As it happened to me in the past.
do you say the same of Express?Sam,
I'm just proving that ground has and will forge signatures.
As it happened to me in the past.
not usually.I don't know if I'm correct, but I recollect you boys saying you don't get paid till delivered? Is it the same for your drivers? They don't get paid until delivered? If paid per piece.
do you say the same of Express?
so, yes. Express has it happen as well. In fact, from your own instance, first offense didn't get him fired. Maybe this thread would be better named, "FedEx does it again".
Well now you're acting as if it's an every day occurrence at Ground. It isn't.No BB, not very often. But that guy did get canned. I hated making the call but I felt violated.
Duh-nile.Well now you're acting as if it's an every day occurrence at Ground. It isn't.
Not usually as they get paid per piece attempted your saying?not usually.
Violated? A bit dramatic. No BB, not very often. But that guy did get canned. I hated making the call but I felt violated.
