Contractor model at Ground is becoming dysfunctional on many levels.

1. The less manpower the Ground terminal invests in loading the trucks properly the more they profit. The contractor looses, poor load = longer day for drivers
2. Additional Express stops = longer days for drivers increasing contractor costs
3. Later dispatch times require later days for drivers contributing to driver dissatisfaction and attrition raising costs

As a driver, everyday it's the same mantra: we need better pictures, make certain tio deliver the "Purple Promise" ringing the door bell and placing the package per customer request, get your pickups on time even though we added 20 Express stops, contract dispatch is now 45 minutes later, etc., etc.

Raj and company are not humanitarians; they will choke you to death for an extra nickel profit.
