He'll recover over time even though Jindal did not recover from his rebuttal letdown.

Every rebuttal looks small compared to the president. I don't understand why anyone would agree to give one. It's the president speaking to the entire congress and Supreme Court followed by a schmuck talking to a camera, there's no way to not look small in comparison.
