As a part time loader i need to work at least 45hours a month to get benefits. MY question is does paid vacation / personal / holiday hours go towards that 45hours i need to get my benefits?

I havent been working much lately.

I would think so... It counts towards pension credit and vacation time, so it should count for other benefits too, right? I am not even sure how many hours somebody would need to work to get benefits where I am. I'm guesssing a lot of our pt'ers are not hitting it though...

Your regional Supplement should have an article or two on Pension and Health & Welfare. It should say what hours count towards getting benefits. Most likely all paid hours count, even if they are not actually work hours.

Some partial Supplements are here . . .
