I'm retired and currently under my wife's policy. My FedEx Cigna policy was so much better.

FedEx changed from Cigna to United Health Care in our market. After struggling to use the so-called UHC benefit, I agree: Cigna was SO much better!

it turns out it was about retiree insurance
.will not be offered starting 2024 but it’s so expensive most don’t use it anyway so not really big deal, current employees it would be but they will be offering something but probably more costly than last year,Fedex way. Here is your 3.5 raise but oh wait your ins is going up 10% sorry bout that

Exactly, very few use it. I am on my wife's insurance, the same for five co-worker friends who I met for lunch this week. One said he uses only the dental and vision from Fedex.

When calling UHC inform them you are recording the call it improves their behavior greatly.
