Hey everyone I'm not currently a UPS employee (yet fingers crossed) but I've been trying to get a job for a while now. Here's my question... Obviously after 1 year the health benefits kick in ( I've done a TON of research on the company) but I wanted to know if it's possible to add your parents on your policy?

You would have to marry them.

Your parents can apply at ups.

Actually In rare instances, you can get adult dependent coverage that allows you to cover elderly parents, but if that's the case, they may already be on medicaid or ssi... but it depends on the plan.

Under an individual health plan, you cannot add any dependents to your health insurance policy. If you have family plan coverage, you need to investigate further. Most dependent plans are for spouse and children only. In rare instances, you can get adult dependent coverage that allows you to cover elderly parents.

Only one, but you would have to marry Mom or Dad.
