What’s your fluid intake like?

I drink 2 gallons (16 pounds of fluid) on days where it’s 95+ out and only put on 2 pounds by end of day. Next morning I’m down those 2 pounds minimum. 3/4 of it is water, other is clear soda or lemonade.

No dry skin here... Almost 80% humidity here July and August. 3gallons of fluids daily. No AC needed rather have the low step and power steering. Talk to me in January about dry skin.

Went to the urgent care Saturday morning. The doctor Prescribe some prednisone and a steroid cream. She thought it was an allergic reaction or heat rash or maybe both. Feeling better already.
