"Package Division Director Denis T told Teamster officials on a conference call today that he expects large-scale layoffs at UPS during the COVID-19 pandemic due to commercial closures. The increase in residential delivery will not offset the decline in the company’s core business, Taylor said."

Why not take more of Amazon residential deliveries? They're surely overwhelmed with the increase of orders... & your company negotiated better rates than FedEx, right?

I was seeing them DSPs in my new area as late as 2200 in the past week, including Sunday.

At FXG, I'll get a few Amazon dropped shipped irreg/oversized box or three once in a while. No smiley face boxes, but the tell tale sign on the label that it wasn't from a fulfillment center.
