Here is a question: The logic behind eliminating an "A" car?

They told us they cut whatever route is lightest and/or whatever route is easiest to cut. Some routes cannot be cut because of pick ups or deliveries which require special passes(military bases).

Ok, Routes A, B, C, and D. Seniority wise, A, C, D, B. Route C is eliminated. 1/3 of his work goes to B, 2/3 to D. Does C follow 51% of his work and take D or can he bump B?

There are other options:

A, D, or B could choose to take the day off and C could cover any of those areas.

C could choose to take the day off.

If a I was C I'd make things as difficult as possible every time they entertained the notion. Eventually they would find another option.
