They told us they cut whatever route is lightest and/or whatever route is easiest to cut. Some routes cannot be cut because of pick ups or deliveries which require special passes(military bases).
Ok, Routes A, B, C, and D. Seniority wise, A, C, D, B. Route C is eliminated. 1/3 of his work goes to B, 2/3 to D. Does C follow 51% of his work and take D or can he bump B?
