The police are the state. They support the state killing people. Please don't get caught up in semantics. The state gives the police the power to kill because the police are the state. The same people who issue mask mandates are the same people in control of police departments.
It's unfortunate that he had die that way but like I said on a previous post, is a buddy* and it finally caught up to him

Look man, you cats don't realize that by bringing up black people when I am asking a question about posters both trusting the state to kill people vs not trusting the same state to issue mask wearing mandates says something about what yall think state power to kill is for, but I'll ask you what does black people have to do with my question? Again if one trusts the state to kill people, how can one not trust the same state to issue mask mandates?

Black people have everything to do with your question. You didn’t see White people creating a White Lives Matter movement to protest White people being killed by police. Do you want to know why? Because most of us hate criminals and figure if they get shot by police they must’ve done something to warrant it and if they didn’t, it’s worth it in the long run to have a civil society.
We just want to be able to live our lives free of crime and criminals. We want to be able to live in decent neighborhoods with no fear of our houses or vehicles being burglarized, No fear of being raped, mugged, etc.

Im not getting at anything other than wanting an answer to the question I have asked repeatedly. It is truly irrational and illogical to be ok with the state killing thousands of people, and then say that the same state issuing mask wearing mandates is oppression. Those two beliefs don't fit together. It is illogical. I wanted someone to explain that brain broken logic. So far no one has.

Most blacks in polls want more policing too. It's the liberal politicians and media who are smearing police that cause most of the problems.

The state is killing thousands? Just how many, exactly? Were the ones killed brandishing weapons? Or are cops just rolling down the street and every so often see someone they don't like and just shoot him?
