Big thank you to everyone that helped me with some info. I literally went to HR for 2 mins yesterday to sign a paper that said I didn’t give written consent to a run a background check but a background check was ran. I thought I consented online. I practically did everything online including the interview because of this Covid crap. Sign of the times I guess. I’m still waiting for them to make a decision. I’ll probably learn something this upcoming week.

Just had an informational session here in Michigan for full time permanent feeder driver. During the session said theyrebasically looking for sleeper teams driver and that i/we would be local feeder driver for 6/9/12 months before because a sleeper driver. Or unless you got seniority and was able to not switch over sleeper driver. Anybody else been thru this ? What are the chances of staying on as a feeder driver ?
