I just pull random crap off of cars to get my weight lifting in for the week.


Not to be technical, but this job overuses low back and biceps as well as shoulders. You want to work the upper back, chest and triceps to balance out. Think of rubber bands all pulling tight in your low back and overly loose rubber bands in your chest. It's a recipe for injury. Also you want a counter move to the shoulders such as pullups that counter the medial deltoid overuse in this job.

80-85 degrees average day. not a single fan or air conditioning unit in sight. Not injured at all. Center mngr says its been usually like 3x worst volume since late march here. Maybe ur locations different but if you arent sweating 150 ounces, and burning 1500-2500 cals ur getting massively :censored2: on by sups.


I still don’t know what exactly you’re doing to burn that many. Slow down jeeze. If they have 3x the volume, they should have 3x the people
