I am in Maryland and we have 5 inbound bays, 9 outbound bays, and 3 delivery belts. We have probably 300-350 employees between, preload, local, delivery, feeders, and management.

Small. One belt. 4 load doors/1 unload door. 20 pkg routes. 8 feeder drivers. Center manager is in another building 50 miles away. 1 On car. More pt sups than part-timers lol

Neither. Hagerstown, Maryland. We also deliver to WV so technically our building has 2 centers.

5 belts, normally between 100-120 routes depending on volume. For peak we're going up to around 185-200 routes depending on how many seasonals quit. 12 inbound doors, 12 outbound. 5 on roads, 1 center manager, 3 ft sups on preload, 10 pt sups on preload... Not sure about unload but I think there's 5 sups?

That's pretty big. I am at 3 centers 310 routes. But we opened up a new building and now we are 240 routes.
