How do I file for time off for short term disability?

I had a pin puller. My problem was where they park trailers on this particular yard, it slopes so rain will run off. It was in a bind, and I thought I could pull it anyway.

What fifth wheel did you have? Seems like the company equipment is usually a Holland, and pretty forgiving. But around here, the rentals, notably with a Fontaine; can be brutal. I've heard one day in a rental, and it's permanently ingrained to 'unload' that fifth wheel before trying to pull the pin.

Edit: I had referenced an ad for the Fontaine 'No Slack II' in casual conversation to an acquaintance whose family operates a small cartage company, and he immediately shot back: "It should be called the Fontaine All Slack". Perhaps I've been unfairly prejudiced to their equipment.
