True. However that black bear had no interest in me. I got the impression that it was about as thrilled as I was about the encounter. Besides lightning is random and unpredictable.

Take Management to an ice skating rink to demonstrate how they want you to walk on ice.
That way you can see for yourself how they want you to walk on ice.
And, since it is away from UPS Property, you can video and have a reminder so you walk as directed.
after all, anything they want us to do they should be able to demonstrate proper technique.
