How did you consume 4k on workdays (assuming you weren’t dirty bulking)?
Those things are really high on calories burned and steps also a lot
I probably consume 6-8k most days.

I would eat a dozen egg whites and a pound of bacon for breakfast
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts cubed and mixed with 6 Hardboiled Egg whites for lunch on route
16 to 24oz of Steak and 16oz of Lobster,Crab,Fish or Shrimp for dinner
Snack on Avocados,Almonds and Cashews.
Drank 4 to 5 Protein Shakes a day
I usually lose weight during the summer, butt I chose a nice rural area to have more windshield time between stops & have been snacking in between...

Wife is back down to pre baby weight. It’s doing it’s job

6k or more. If I consume less I can't sleep.
You know what is crazy when I was in shape and 2500 or so calories I def didn’t sleep as much but I had way more energy.
I just can't fall asleep. Feels like my body is eating itself. Specifically my brain, it starts hurting.
Late night is def my weak time.
Can eat 2k calories all day then 9 o’clock rolls around and I’ll eat 5k calories in one sitting
My body can't even digest that much even if I run. I'd be farting all day and wouldn't be able to work after lunch.
