7 peak season with consecutive record breaking numbers with Fedex
After going brown...better pay/benefits
Same job.
First peak with big brown was the easiest peak I’ve ever had. 180 stops with 30 pickups, most days I was done before dark and those handful of ice days still in before 1900 hours.
At Purple I’d be out with 300+ stops and 20 pickups out till midnight. No o/t or bonus or anything as I was either salary or paid on a per stop basis.

I would not compare peak 2018 with peak from the previous 6 years since this year we overstaffed and went out with far fewer stops.
I would also not compare a fedex stop with one from here since it is basic knowledge that, in most areas, UPS accounts order far heavier items on average.
Next year you very likely will go out with 250+ stops. You jinxed yourself lol.

And actually you and me in same situation (40 here). If we can hang on to Jan 2020, we will have worked at UPS in 6 different decades. Thinking bout that boggles my little brain.
