There's no such thing as a ground route. Contracted service area. Min scale of 300-500 dependent on the station size.
Biggest con- Fedex can cancel contract at any time, and you MIGHT get your lost profit for a set period, and lose ALL your investment with ZERO recourse. This can happen even if you do everything right.
