Analysists at Robert W. Baird are pumping the stock to a target price of $315 a share citing "leadership transition and governance". Just because you smell the cesspool doesn't automatically mean that you know how deep the crap is. (Sorry, can't use the S word here).

Analysts are often in Freddy’s back pocket given favors to give favorable reviews. Look At Cramer on CNBC often totally wrong but people never investigate his track record. The stock. buy back will push price higher temporarily but the declining business will catch up eventually.

Jimmy "Chill' Cramer worshiped the ground his royal grifter Fat Freddy Smith walked on. However those with a deeper understanding of the flaws in the business model know that a haphazard knee jerk consolidation will not result in a competitive streamlined global network. Oh, it will be cheap alright but how good it is and how many millions will have to be spent just to make it a serviceable network but never a truly good one....future earnings results will disclose that.
