Can't be fired either.

Not true, we had two minority female part-time supervisors that were fired in my hub. One of them was even the trifecta of invincibility and still managed to screw up keeping a job at UPS (she was a lesbian minority woman). It's just REALLY, REALLY hard to get fired.

Have your area consistently be above average. Actuality Supervise and dont to hourly tasks unless short handed. After doing all that, I would still suggest becoming a driver. It gives more value to the company.

I just really am not interested in driving, and plus at my hub once you go into mgmt there’s no going back to the union.
