So in other words:
-Have everyone use magic numbers to load packages, therefore removing any and all knowledge that could prevent a misload from happening.
-Churn out new hires with no training like the damn sky is falling.
-Oversupervise the hell out of everyone to follow company procedures, even though those same procedures actually would cause you to work slower.
-Since that does not work, harass people into working faster (and not following procedures) so they can discard body after body after body.

Also this article seems to forget that most inside workers do not know what green looks like and they will toss that damn package into blue before the headphones even has a chance to talk to you.
