Wishing to change from a condo to a house on Kauai so have spent about a month looking at various properties. Thought I found one that could be had at a reasonable price that had both charm and potential. Wife says not a chance on this one. Might have to go against her wishes.

Stopped taking vacation rentals in September this year. Will be selling my condo and looking for a 2-3 bedroom house after a sale. Hoping the prices come down a little more.

55lb red tail catfish, 75lb Siamese carp. Caught about 5 each day so far, going for arapaima on my last day today.
