Mozzarella and aged cheddar cheese. Cheese curds. Brat on a bun. Jalapeno beef sticks, pickles, bacon and the celery just to stir it with. Wisconsin knows how to do it right!
One of the best Bloodies I ever had was in a little dive bar in Wisconsin. I remember it having among the usual things ( celery, olives and a pickle in it) it also had a jumbo shrimp and a beef stick in it.
