Are you kidding? Federal law requires that ICE be contacted when an illegal, undocumented, alien, immigrant breaks a law and be turned over to them. If they had done that in San Francisco Kate Steinle would still be alive. ICE told them they were coming for the guy and they still turned him loose.

I'll make it easy for you. There is no law requiring state and local authorities to enforce Federal Immigration Laws.
Then the Federal government should withhold grant money to States and municipalities who don't cooperate. More than one way to skin a cat.

Why haven't those 400,000 kids in foster care been adopted? One of the talking points of the pro-life movement is that there are thousands of families wanting to adopt a child.
So kill them rather than foster them? Many kids are adopted but most looking to adopt want a baby.

I would love to meet the human being with the special power of seeing a man's thoughts and instantly knowing his past deeds. Until that's possible there simply should be a logical system of vetting house guests. Refugees are no angles. Neither are Hispanics, Asians, Middle Eastern decent, people's of the Caribbean, Europeans, Semetic people's, and so on.
