"I've got a supporting argument from this book but you'll never know what it is unless you read the book yourself" isn't very compelling.
i understand the truth is a painful door to walk through

you can also just watch matt taibbi's speeches about it on youtube if you dont have the attention span to read a book

god bless matt taibbi

thats what i said its a crime and then i pointed out how ICE lies by omission saying they always arrest criminals. i guarantee you theyre giving a pass and special consideration to white collar criminals

i want ICE to stop lying and i want them to do a better job arresting white collar criminals.
Who are these illegal immigrants who've risen to positions of importance in the corporate world and are getting away with.white collar crimes? How did they manage to do that? Can you point to these pirates so that we can report them to ICE?

Are you suggesting that ICE should ignore the murderers, rapists, robbers, burglars, car jackers, and such and go after the vicious pencil pushers?

im suggesting ICE gives preferential treatment to white collar immigrant criminals like all law enforcement does in US, and im suggesting ICE is lying by omission in their post

no more lies, no more lies, no more lies, no more lies - ratm.

ICE deals with illegal immigrants. Whether they've committed serious crimes or their only crime is entering the country illegally. They aren't an investigative body assigned to bring criminals to justice. That's our legal system's job.

Please give us examples of ICE giving preferential treatment to anyone?

theres a book by matt taibbi called the divide and its about how inequality gives unequal application of the law for all.

youre kidding yourself if you think ICE isnt like the rest of US law enforcement including the DOJ.

in the soviet union before it collapsed, there was a 2 tiered legal system as well.

Again for the clueless, it's not the job of ICE to investigate crime. It's their job to remove illegal immigrants.

So name these white collar illegal immigrants who are getting preferential treatment? This guy violated a restraining order twice. That likely means a woman felt endangered by him and he refused to leave her alone. ICE didn't issue the restraining orders. A judge in our legal system did. ICE was notified of his immigration status and now they are seeking to deport him. He likely could have avoided this just by keeping his nose clean. But like so many he decided to ignore our laws and FAFO.

the justice system prefers to go after people who dont have all kinds of money for legal battles. thats one thing.

we can do story time for @boxox if you like

im reading his book now. in san diego, if you apply for welfare, the state can search your house to try and prove you dont need it lol.
which they should , welfare recipients often have other people living with them that they dont list on the application who could be helping with expenses.

difficult to follow , ice ignores white collar crimes? and then we're on banks rigging interest rates all in the same grouping.
