I am just staring out as a seasonal UPS Package Car Driver. Do I get ANY benefits? Currently I am out of insurance and I'm unsure if I get any through UPS.
  2. Unfortunately you don't. You have to be hired as a regular employee and work here 9 months to get insurance

Why yes, yes that would have been very nice.

Could I also have started out as an fsp? I would also like my own route day one. Give me back my years as an abused utility driver. Or could we at least count those years towards my progression?

It is pretty funny when some new guy has a mental breakdown doing preload though. Like hey guy, how about you just quit? You should probably quit my fren cause guess what? It only gets worse from here!

While true you got to give them some hope. Some of us luck out and get brought on the second time around.
