Is CACH automated like Worldport is?

It is partially automated. Nothing is really comparable to worldport though. There is much less hands-on human involvement in worldport than CACH- much less.

CACH is automated from the point the package is placed on the belt as it is unloaded until it goes down the belt into the trailer to be loaded.

It used to be the loaders wore the "finger scanners" that told them the package was correct for the trailer or a misload. I think they went back to the loader having to mentally know the zips for each trailer. I may be wrong there but I know they don`t use the scanners. Up till the point it gos down each trailers slide it is automated.
