As you all can see from the language of the policy it's more just corporate speak. Sounds nice but in no way does the company have to adhere to it.

My experience has shown that UPS management in my area don’t adhere to a lot of what is in UPS Policy.

My management team usually didn’t appreciate the several times I called down to Atlanta to clarify situations that I felt were suspected policy violations.

I have the same truck every day. New Ford 1300. Gets a little chilly sometimes with both of my fans blasting!
