im happy to refresh your memory on american politics
Comparing the New Deal of Roosevelt with what Bernie Sanders wants is ridiculous. Eisenhower presided over one of the most prosperous eras in U.S. history. He was very much a Republican and a capitalist.

Eisenhower believed in minimal government with a hands off approach if possible. Exactly the opposite of the big government socialists.

I understand international borders, and the necessity to prove who you are, but our constitution says we are supposed to be able to move freely in our own country and we no longer are. In the United States airport you are assumed to be a criminal until you can prove you’re not through check points and screenings and showing the proper paperwork..

Interestingly, enough, those who enter our country illegally seem to have more sympathy than the Americans that actually live here and are forced to prove their innocence every day.
That's pretty extreme. No one is assuming you're a criminal until proven otherwise. Safeguards are in place to make sure terrorists don't get on planes. You can drive all over the U.S. and in most states you're not required to identify yourself if pulled over if you know you did nothing wrong. 4th Amendment covers that.

Explain to me how having a yellow star on my license proves I’m not a terrorist? And how that keeps me safe.

Oh, and this law was so important we waited 20 years to implement it. lol. Yes that’s an emergency.

Your identity has already been verified. That won't stop you from being scanned after removing shoes and all other objects from pockets. But it streamlines the process.
So in other words, there’s no difference than it was before. It was just more hoops for you to jump through got it.

But don’t worry the TSA has your back if you want to pay a little extra, you can skip all that! 😂

governments view their own populations as their biggest enemy

having said that i still support stuff laws like min wage, 7 weeks vacation, free tuition, etc.
