But he didn't take them down in his first term, just made them uneasy and angry with his policies. They ultimately got rid of him. If the public wants him back great. I'll certainly vote for him. I hope for two things. That he's got a Republican Congress that'll back him in getting much needed things done, and that he's not affected at his age anywhere near what Biden is. Trump might handle 78 ok, but how will he be at 82? If DeSantis gets the nomination we may get the energy of a younger man and avoid a lot of the garbage thrown at Trump. And if Trump chooses DeSantis as his VP that'll be great too.

I think while there's a natural inclination to remain loyal to Trump, a DeSantis run for President in 2024 would be a blowout win for Republicans in a way another Trump run couldn't be.
I just saw this when I googled DeSantis to see what's up with him lately. I'm right there with Joe, who is also a lefty in many ways. I think most moderates would support DeSantis.

It is being disputed. And the agents involved would be first hand. She wasn't even there. I would think after the parade of liars brought in for the Kavanaugh confirmation hearing, the bogus impeachment trials, you'd realize the Democrats will stoop to anything to keep control. Literally anything.

Which is exactly why I think Biden is very likely to be impeached. There are stronger cases to be made against Biden and Republicans have been hearing "he's the only President that's been impeached twice" when Democrats are talking derisively about Trump for a while now.
