Ask the previous Federal prosecutors why they chose not to pursue an indictment. This is a paper thin indictment at best.If a prosecution is politically motivated, does that make the indicted individual not guilty?

So an indictment automatically means guilt? Why bother with trials?Doesn’t really make much sense.
Just the opposite. If the claim is made that an indictment is political, evidence of guilt is disregarded. So an indictment automatically means guilt? Why bother with trials?
I guess I’d wait to see what all 34 of them are before coming to that conclusion.Ask the previous Federal prosecutors why they chose not to pursue an indictment. This is a paper thin indictment at best.
Sounds like a Catch-22 to me.Just the opposite. If the claim is made that an indictment is political, evidence of guilt is disregarded.
I guess we'll wait. If this gets thrown out please don't be disappointed.I guess I’d wait to see what all 34 of them are before coming to that conclusion.
Which prosecution? There’s been sooooo many and all lies. It would be really really funny if it wasn’t so sad. Pretty pathetic to say the least. If a prosecution is politically motivated, does that make the indicted individual not guilty?
If?I guess we'll wait. If this gets thrown out please don't be disappointed.
And also political persecution.Sounds like a Catch-22 to me.
That’s usually what an indictment signals.Which prosecution? There’s been sooooo many and all lies. It would be really really funny if it wasn’t so sad. Pretty pathetic to say the least.
How so?Sounds like a Catch-22 to me.
If it's political evidence will be disregarded. How so?
It's a state prosecution, not federal, and state judges in New York are Democrats facing re-election. The only way Trump might possibly get a fair trial in New York is a change of venue to upstate. Likely will have to appeal to higher courts.

Depends on how badly they want to keep him from running. It will eventually be thrown out.
The longer this goes on, the longer Trump is in the news.Depends on how badly they want to keep him from running.
It seems like this is lost on them. If they’re so confident that Joe Biden got 80 million votes and skunked Trump why are they continuing to drag him out for everyone to see you just ignore him and let him go away because he’s the loser of the election. Methinks they do protest too much, and are concerned and at the very least, not confident at all.The longer this goes on, the longer Trump is in the news.
Free media coverage is priceless.
Deep down, IMHO, is that they want a Biden -Trump rematch. It seems like this is lost on them. Throwing a little Shakespeare in. What did I tell you about reading books?Methinks they do protest too much,
