Yep, I'm sitting on the patio of my 5600 sq ft house on 8 acres boundaried by a creek on one side.
How much did I pay for this house?
Oh yeah, $333,000

and it's nice today 55°, humidity in the 20% range with a slight breeze at 6 mph

Works fabulously for all involved, although the six-month old has slightly complicated things.

That's pretty cool ... I certainly couldn't afford it.
3 acres is a downer for me.
I can't see my neighbors now and that will be a condition for any house I buy.
