quick question about jury duty coding. Had jury duty one day this week but it was coded on my card as “vacation - employee prepaid”. I’m almost sure this is wrong (isn’t this the option day code?) what should the correct code be?

  2. It should be jury pay, not vacation pay.

Should I go straight to the sup who does our time cards and just tell him to change it or?

I wonder why your supe felt the need to falsify that time card code?

It’s absolutkey wrong. Should say jury duty pay. Tell them you want a green check, then File a grievance.

Talked to a driver and he said they do that to try to secretly burn up option days. Found a steward who found a clerk who does timecards and got it fixed before last week’s time card got submitted. Guess I dodged a huge hassle. What would I file a grievance under?

Really a low move by management.

Where it asks for articles violated, just put in:
    "All that apply"
That could avoid having it thrown out for filing under the wrong article.
