I mean I honestly don't understand the impotence of some people. I'd be filing on every OSHA complaint and contract violation I could think of if this were an every week thing...for 1+ years.We've had multiple drivers suspended for repeatedly calling in on their day off.
For us drivers who are at the bottom of the RPCD's list, every weekend is now one day of work followed by a day to get ready for the next week of work. Christmas year round. 22.4s get two days off.
I really hope everyone is ready to strike next year.

Then file under the master that a work day is defined by a 5 day work week. And then file a harassment grievance on top of every single time they send you a message to work Saturdays.Shop steward said they can still get you for dependability.
