I don't drink beer. I've hit 162 before. If I continue my current diet and workout routine, gradually increasing my working weight, there's no reason why I can't make and exceed those gains again. I've already put on ten pounds of muscle since leaving UPS, with more time to workout and eat better and I'm not overburning calories now.Beer in future? Why the projected gain?
