I benched 315 today for 3 reps. No sarms or anything, just creatine. :thumbup1:

hows your brain doing? have you done any mental pushups recently?

im guessing most people who exercise all the time just do it superficially.

they are fit on the outside but eat bad foods, and are totally depoliticized which means an unhealthy economy / political system.

Beer in future? Why the projected gain?
I don't drink beer. I've hit 162 before. If I continue my current diet and workout routine, gradually increasing my working weight, there's no reason why I can't make and exceed those gains again. I've already put on ten pounds of muscle since leaving UPS, with more time to workout and eat better and I'm not overburning calories now.
